Talent Developer is opening up to new horizons. A partnership is underway with a European recruitment agency. And on the social networking side, a first series of videos is now available on TikTok. Here is a detailed review.
Since its creation in September 2020, Talent Developer has been primarily targeting foreign students who wish to work in the hospitality ans restaurant sector. The idea is to help them, guide them and accompany them during their internships or work experience in France. Hence the partnership that Estrella Maillet and Philippine Freiman, the duo at the head of Talent Developer, are finalising with a European recruitment agency. Two entities side by side to offer adapted, even tailor-made, services to young people aged 16 to 18 who want to do an internship in a Parisian establishment, hotel or restaurant.

Also targeting students at the end of their studies…
In this same partnership dynamic, Talent Developer and the recruitment firm, based in Spain, are also targeting students at the end of their studies. These are profiles from Swiss hotel schools in particular. These future graduates already have international experience and speak several languages. These young talents have many arguments to interest the human resources departments of luxury establishments in Paris and the South of France.
Posting on TikTok, an app used by 11 million French people every month
Finally, the beginning of the summer was also marked by the presence of Talent Developer on TikTok. In addition to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, which Estrella Maillet and Philippine Freiman already feed, this other social network has become a must. And for good reason: during the first lockdown period, TikTok saw a 27% increase in usage among 15-24 year olds, compared to 2019. In total, today, some 11 million French people use this application each month. In their first videos posted on TikTok, Estrella Maillet and Philippine Freiman showed the typical day of Elena Pereira, a student in a Master’s degree in management of operational units, marketing and communication option, on a work-study programme until the summer of 2022 at Talent Developer. Other posts highlight the new Ritz Paris Le Comptoir, designed by pastry chef François Perret, invite you to take a stroll through the Louvre, which is deserted by tourists, or discover the brand new Hôtel de la Marine, on Place de la Concorde.
