L’atelier des Chefs was created in 2004 by Nicolas and François Bergerault and Jean-Sébastien Bompoil. They launched this offer of cooking classes in workshops all over France, based on a revolutionary model: 30-minute classes during the lunch hour.
In 2009, they launched their professional training offer.
In 2015, they opened the preparation for the Cuisine CAP. Very quickly, they added the Pastry and Bakery CAP courses in 2019. The training courses are AFNOR/QUALIOPI certified and are aimed at everyone, job seekers, working people in retraining or students.
They have recently signed several partnerships to allow students from business and management schools to specialise in the fields of gastronomy (HEC, ESSEC, INSEEC, EM LYON…)

With a success rate of more than 99% in the CAP exam, the Cuisine course has proven itself over the past 15 years. Designed by experts in the field, and thanks to its educational formats, varied assessment methods and tailor-made support, it prepares you for the exam but above all for the reality of the cuisine professions.
Prerequisite for registration: French level B1
Duration of the course: Self-paced with access to the course platform for 24 months
Format: Distance learning

Patisserie CAP :
